Snow Services by Precision

About Snow Services by Precision

When the wind swings around off the Delaware and comes up Newton Creek, Gloucester City gets the wet, mean end of a South Jersey storm: sleet first, then snow that packs hard. Snow Services by Precision runs those nights, with driveways plowed, sidewalks cleared, steps shoveled down to the tread, and salt laid where meltwater will glaze over by four in the morning. Four a.m. is the real hour of this trade, the streets orange under the lights and nothing moving but the trucks. Ice near the water behaves differently than ice inland, and you learn to salt for the refreeze rather than for the storm. By the time the town gets up, the work has already vanished into an ordinary morning.
