Cousins Lawn Maintenance and Excavating

About Cousins Lawn Maintenance and Excavating

Past the borough the Hunterdon hills roll on toward Hampton and Califon, hayfield giving way to house lot and then back to hayfield again. Cousins Lawn Maintenance and Excavating spends June afternoons out on that ground, mowing slopes that ask something of both the machine and the person steering it. Trimmer work follows the stone walls, the fence posts, the mailbox and the shade tree, and the edges along the drive are cut so the lawn stops exactly where it should. Feeding and weed control are set to whatever the season is actually doing, and the fall cleanup runs until the maples are done arguing about it. Evenings out there smell like cut grass and warm hay, which is a fine way to finish a day.
