Emerald Valley Lawns

About Emerald Valley Lawns

First light in May and every lawn in Glassboro is silver with dew until the sun gets up over the treeline. Emerald Valley Lawns starts the day inside that window, when the ground is cool and the blades stand up straight and take a cut cleanly. Mowing, string trimming and edging make up the week; a thorough raking in spring and again after leaf-fall makes up the shoulders of the year. Grass runs hard in the long South Jersey warmth, and staying in front of it comes down to arriving on the same day, every week, without excuses. By mid-morning the dew has burned off and a finished lawn is holding its color in full sun.
