About Platinum Enterprises Excavating & Plow Services

Winter reaches Hunterdon on the river wind, and by two in the morning Route 29 is a pale ribbon running between the water and the hills. Platinum Enterprises Excavating & Plow Services keeps the dark hours around Frenchtown, pushing driveways open, clearing long gravel runs and farm lanes, and salting the walks so the first step out the door is a sure one. Snow up here does not fall politely; it comes sideways off the Delaware and drifts against every hedgerow and stone wall in the township. There is a particular quiet at four in the morning when the last drive is squared off and the blade comes up. By breakfast nobody remembers the storm, which is rather the point.
