About Jersey Landscaping, LLC

Monmouth County still grows things. Drive ten minutes out of Freehold in July and there is corn on both sides of the road, tomatoes in the flat fields, and the smell of cut hay coming through the window. Jersey Landscaping, LLC does a smaller version of the same trade, working a few thousand square feet at a time instead of acres — mowing, trimming, edging, keeping turf healthy from the first warm week to the last. The soil is the same soil the farms have; it drains fast, it warms early, and it rewards anybody who pays attention to it. A lawn kept honestly here can look as good as anything in the state, and getting it there is the point.
