About The Blue Sky One LLC

The finest sky Freehold gets all year is the one right after a nor'easter clears out — cobalt, cloudless, so bright off the new snow it makes you squint. The Blue Sky One LLC works the hours before that sky arrives, plowing drives and lots through the dark, shoveling walks and steps, spreading salt while the wind is still pushing snow around. Storms off the Atlantic land heavy here, and what falls wet at midnight is close to concrete by sunrise if nobody touches it. So the clearing happens in the middle of it, and again at the tail end. By the time the blue comes up, the lots are open, the walks are cut, and the day belongs to whoever owns it.
