About Green Gene’s Inc.

Mid-July, the heat settles into the hollows and the old fieldstone walls along the property lines throw warmth back until dark. Green Gene's Inc. mows Franklin Lakes through that stretch, raising the deck a notch so the turf shades its own roots and carries its color into August. Trimming around the walls and posts, edging the beds, clearing the clippings off the walk — those details are what read from the street. Grass here grows on glacial ground, thin in some spots and rich in others, so a route learned property by property is worth more than any formula. By the end of a long day the yards look calm, and calm is harder to make than it looks.
