About N.A.C Property Maintenance LLC

Folsom is Pine Barrens ground — pitch pine, scrub oak, and sand that takes a downpour and swallows it whole by noon. N.A.C Property Maintenance LLC grows lawns on that sand, which is a patient business: regular mowing, trimming along the pine line, edging drives and walks, and clearing the needles and leaves that fall here in nearly every month of the year. In May the whole borough goes gold with pine pollen and then rinses clean in the first good rain. Yards out this way sit in clearings with woods at their back, so the boundary between kept and wild is the thing to get right. Holding that line, week after week, is what makes a place in the Pines look settled.
