The Black River & Western tracks run south out of Flemington toward Ringoes, and the fields beside them keep the year's calendar better than any wall does — green and cut in June, white and drifted by January. Yeison Services LLC runs both routes: mowing, trimming, mulch and cleanups while the grass is growing, then snow plowing, shoveling and salting for driveways, walks and lots once the storms line up. Weather here turns on short notice, and being ready for either kind is the point of the work. There is a plain good feeling in handing back a cleared drive at dawn, or a lawn that looks cared for on a Friday evening. Same properties, same people, different season.
