About Garcia Tree Services LLC

For two weeks every April, Warinanco Park turns pink and half of Elizabeth walks through it. Garcia Tree Services LLC works the streets around that bloom — pruning the city maples and sycamores that shade tight blocks, cutting back over sidewalks and stoops, easing branches that have found their way onto a roof. Space is scarce here, so a removal is planned from the ground up, rigged and lowered a limb at a time between the houses. Wind comes hard across Newark Bay in a storm, and afterward the whole cleanup goes with it: split limbs, brush, everything that ends up on the curb. In Elizabeth and the Union County towns beside it, a shaded block is something people count on.
