About VanSant Environmental Landscaping & Site Work

South and east of Egg Harbor City the land gives way slowly to the Mullica and its tidewater meadows, and any property near that low ground learns quickly where water likes to go. VanSant Environmental Landscaping & Site Work reads a lawn partly by its wet corners — the shaded strip that stays soft into May, the swale that holds a storm for a day, the high sandy patch that burns off first. Mowing, trimming and edging are done with those differences respected instead of steamrolled, so the whole yard comes out even rather than half-scalped and half-shaggy. Cleanups clear the ruts and low spots where leaves collect and rot. It is careful ground to work, and a lawn that comes through a wet spring still looking level and green is worth the extra thought.
