About Reeves Lawn Care

On a Saturday in July, Egg Harbor City backyards belong to sprinklers, folding chairs and bare feet, and a lawn has to be worth walking on. Reeves Lawn Care cuts with that in mind: high enough to keep its color through the hot stretch, even enough that nobody finds a ridge with a heel, clean enough along the fence that the trimmer line does not leave a scar. Thunderstorms roll in off the mainland most weeks and the sandy ground swallows them whole, which means the grass swings from lush to thirsty and back again all summer. Regular mowing and hand trimming keep that swing from showing. The reward is simple and it comes every week — a yard the family actually uses, mowed, edged and left tidy by the time the afternoon gets good.
