About DNL Property Services

October comes to Eatontown as a slow drift down Tinton Avenue — oak and maple letting go a few at a time until the lawns underneath disappear. DNL Property Services spends those weeks giving them back: leaves off the turf and out of the bed lines, the last cuts of the year taken a touch shorter, everything squared away before the ground goes hard. The rest of the calendar is the steady part, weekly mowing and trimming from the first green flush through the humid heart of August. A yard kept this way never has a dramatic day; it simply looks right every time you pull in. That quiet consistency is the whole point of the work.
