About Jim's Lawn care Landscaping LLC

Fog sits on the Rockaway River most summer mornings in Dover, low and slow to leave, and the grass under it is heavy with the night's damp. Jim's Lawn care Landscaping LLC starts in that hour, when a mower's first pass leaves a dark stripe in silver wet and the day hasn't decided yet what it will be. Lawn care here means reading a valley yard — shade under the old trees, sun on the slope, the strip by the curb that always burns first — and cutting it so the edges land clean against the walk. Come winter the same yards go quiet and white, and the work turns to snow removal: plow the drive, open the walk, put down the path a person actually needs before the day starts. Weather reaches Dover over the Highlands ridges with little warning, so both halves of the year ask the same thing — get there early, finish the line.
