About BT Property Services LLC

Along McLean Boulevard the properties open up — parking aprons, strips of turf by the entrance, walkways that simply have to be passable by seven in the morning. BT Property Services LLC works that whole calendar in Paterson: mowing and trimming and cleanups through the growing months, plowing and salting when the storms come up the coast and settle into the Passaic valley. Grass beside a busy road takes a beating from dust and heat, so the cuts stay regular and the edges stay sharp against the curb line. In winter the same lots get opened before the first car arrives, walks scraped and treated so nobody hesitates at the door. It is steady, unglamorous work, and a property that always looks ready is the whole point of it.
