About Cape May Landscape LLC

Cape May Harbor wakes before the town does — diesel smell over the water at Schellenger's Landing, gulls arguing above the scallop boats. Cape May Landscape LLC works those same early hours, mowing, edging and trimming through the long green months and pulling the plow out when a nor'easter comes up the coast. Wet ocean snow is heavy work; it packs onto a driveway and sets like mortar, so they clear and salt while the storm is still making up its mind. Between the harbor and the canal the yards run to loose soil and salt-burned borders, and they know which lawns need feeding and which need mercy. Spring and fall cleanups round out the calendar, so a property goes to bed clean in November and comes back in April to one straight cut line.
