Every autumn the sky above Cape May County fills with birds heading south, and underneath it the grass takes the last good cuts of the year. Cape May Clippers works both halves of the calendar: mowing, edging and cleanups while the ground is still green, plowing and shoveling once the weather turns hard. A winter on this peninsula is a coin flip — the blade stays mounted anyway, and when it does count the driveways get opened early. The pride runs the same in either season, whether it is a crisp edge along a July walkway or bare asphalt on a January morning. The work moves through Cape May Court House and the towns around it, from Swainton down to Rio Grande.
