About Standish & Sons Landscaping Inc.

A Bergenfield yard in March is mostly evidence — sticks down from the winter storms, leaves packed into whatever corner the wind found, a hedge that grew crooked while nobody was watching. Standish & Sons Landscaping Inc. opens the year by hauling all of it out: a full cleanup, beds cleared and re-edged, hedges cut back into shape. Then the weekly work begins, mowing and edging and trimming right through to the fall, with mulch going down as the beds open up. Autumn brings leaf removal, and the property closes out the year as clean as it started. Between the fence lines of a town this close-set, tidy is a form of neighborliness.
