About Kindergan Landscaping, LLC

There is a blue half-hour before a winter sunrise when Bergenfield is all one color and the plows are the only thing moving between here and the Dumont line. Kindergan Landscaping, LLC is out in it — driveways cut open, walkways and steps shoveled down to the concrete, salt spread on the ice that sets under every north-facing porch. Come the thaw, the work changes clothes: mowing on a weekly turn, edging, trimming, mulch, hedges, and leaf removal when the oaks finally give up in November. Both jobs come down to one promise — that a person can get out of their own house in the morning, and come home to a yard that looks looked-after. Snow or grass, these are the same streets.
