Camberly Gardens

About Camberly Gardens

September is the honest month around here: tomato stakes leaning in the backyards, and the grass suddenly growing again after August let it go. Camberly Gardens works both ends of that turn — mowing, edging, trimming, mulch and hedge work while the ground is still generous, then leaf removal as the maples begin letting go. When cold sets in for real, the plow and the shovel take over: driveways cleared, walks and front steps opened, salt spread on whatever the low sun won't reach. Bergen County winters can be all rain, then all ice, sometimes inside the same night. Both halves of the calendar ask the same thing — being there on the day it actually counts.
