About Garcia's & Son's Landscaping

By the middle of October the sycamores along Belmar's avenues start dropping in earnest, and a lawn can disappear beneath them between one visit and the next. Garcia's & Son's Landscaping works that turn of the year — leaf and debris cleanups, final cuts, borders trimmed back before the ground goes cold. Through the warm months it is steady mowing and trimming, week in and week out, on lots small enough that every corner is visible from the sidewalk. The ocean two blocks east keeps grass growing later here than it has any right to, which suits anyone who likes finishing a season properly. Raked, cut, blown clean — and then the yard rests.
