Bellmawr Park was laid out in gentle curves, and snow makes those streets look poured rather than built. Mike's Hardscapes is awake in that quiet — four in the morning, headlights, the scrape and push of a plow finding pavement. Driveways get opened wide enough to back out without guessing, walks get shoveled to bare concrete, and salt goes where the shade will hold the cold longest. When a second band crosses the borough sideways off the flat land, the work starts over and stays going until every path is clear again. There's nothing complicated about it.
