About American Landscaping Services

Bayonne is a narrow city with water on both shoulders — Newark Bay to the west, the Upper Bay to the east — and the wind knows it, crossing from one shore to the other in the time it takes to unload a mower. American Landscaping Services works that whole strip of numbered streets, cutting and edging lawns through the green months and pushing snow off the same driveways when the sky turns the color of the harbor. There is a satisfaction in a lawn that ends in a clean line against the sidewalk, and in a walk cleared down to the concrete before the first commuter comes down the stoop. Salt air is hard on a yard here; the answer is showing up often and paying attention. Two seasons, one peninsula, the same care given to each.
