About Under The Sun Landscaping

The creeks that thread Barnegat run tea-colored out of the pines — cedar water, dark and cold — and by noon in high summer the town above them is bright enough to squint at. Under The Sun Landscaping earns its name in exactly those hours, cutting, trimming and edging lawns while the heat sits still over the sand. The growing season on this coast is generous and relentless; a lawn that looked fine on Tuesday is shaggy by Friday, so the rhythm never really slackens. When the year turns cold the same trucks plow and salt driveways and walks through storms that blow straight in off the bay. Bright grass or hard-packed snow, the aim holds: a property that looks like somebody has been by.
