About Sea Landscaping & Design

The numbered streets here run a short walk from bay to ocean, and on a June evening you can smell both from the same front lawn. Sea Landscaping & Design mows and maintains those yards at the island's north end — trimming close to the dune fence, edging clean against the shell drives, mulching beds that have to stand up to sun and salt at once. Grass grown on sand asks for a regular hand, and the reward is a lawn that stays green while everything around it turns silver and tan. Cleanups in spring lift the winter grit out; cleanups in autumn take the last leaves and a whole summer's worth of blown sand. Simple, seasonal work on an island that deserves to look tended.
