Frank's Lawn Services

About Frank's Lawn Services

Down below town the water at Newton Lake keeps its own calendar — geese in the reeds one month, a rim of ice along the bank the next — and Audubon moves right along with it. Frank's Lawn Services works both ends of that calendar, mowing and keeping lawns in shape through the green months and clearing snow from drives and walks once the cold takes charge. The tools change and the streets do not: the same corner lots, the same short front yards, the same neighbors watching for the truck. Summer asks for an even cut and a sharp border; winter asks for a path to the curb before anybody needs one. Working both halves of the year means never really being a stranger on the block.
