The Navesink River curls in south of town, and the streets that run down to it switch back and forth through the woods toward Hartshorne. Navesink Landscaping keeps those properties across the whole year — mowing and trimming through the green months, hedges shaped, beds tidied, leaves cleared before the river fog turns them to mat. Winter here is a specific problem: a wet coastal snow, heavy as sand, sliding on switchback drives. The plows go out into it and the salt goes with them, and by morning the hills are passable and the walkways are down to stone. Both jobs come from the same idea — a place ought to be usable, and it ought to look right.
