About Prostak Property Management

February wind comes up the Delaware and turns hard east into Alpha, and the snow it carries has a way of finding the low end of every driveway. Prostak Property Management runs the plow through those nights, clearing drives and lots, opening walkways and entrances, and putting down treatment where the wind has scoured a path to bare ice. Managing properties in this corner of Warren County means knowing which approaches drift first and which shaded walks will refreeze by mid-morning. The routes get run in an order set by the storm, not by convenience, and the trucks are usually out while the plow lights are still the only thing on the road. By sunrise over Phillipsburg, the tenants and homeowners find the pavement waiting for them, and that is the whole job.
