Petrella Landscaping in lawn care

About Petrella Landscaping in lawn care

The sandy ground of Absecon Highlands grows a particular kind of lawn — pitch pine and scrub oak crowding the edges, salt on the wind off the bay, and grass that has to be coaxed rather than commanded. Petrella Landscaping works those yards along the Route 30 corridor, mowing on mornings when the fog is still lifting off the creek and the pines are dripping. There's real satisfaction in a lawn line cut clean against a sandy walk, in turf that holds its green through a Pine Barrens August. Spring cleanups pull the winter's needle litter out of the beds; October brings the leaves down in a slow, unhurried drift. It is steady, ordinary work, and the result sits out front where the whole street can see it.
