About Windham Outdoor Material Sales

A bed ringed in red hemlock keeps its color all summer against the granite ledge, and that dark, even line where mulch meets lawn is exactly the kind of result a yard full of good material makes possible. Windham Outdoor Material Sales keeps bark mulch in spruce mix, brown blend, red hemlock, burgundy blend and black, along with screened loam, crushed stone, stone dust, sand and processed gravel — trucked out to homes, job sites and contractors around Windham, New Hampshire. Add the Bobcat and the full landscaping work, and a rough lot turns into a graded drive, a lawn with something to root into, a border you can read from the road. In a town of stone walls and glacial hills, of pond-side lanes and the long quiet of the old rail bed, most of the good ground here began as a pile in somebody's driveway on a bright morning. The pleasure is in the last pass: loam raked smooth, gravel crunched flat, the whole yard suddenly looking like it intends to stay that way.
