About NexGen Property Management

Late July in Windham arrives heavy and green — the air off Cobbetts Pond thick enough to lean on, the grass along the old rail-trail line putting on an inch between one visit and the next. NexGen Property Management keeps lawns here, in a town of granite ledge and tumbled stone walls where hardly a yard sits flat and every slope has an opinion. The satisfaction is the plain kind: a lawn cut even from fence to foundation, the edge along the walk drawn true, the clippings carried off, a property that reads as tended the moment you turn in from the road. By October, when the oaks on the ridge go copper and the light comes in long and low across Rockingham County, those same yards still hold their line — and that steadiness is the whole point of the work.
