About Lakes Region Property Services LLC

Along the dooryards off Laconia Road, where stone walls lean into the maples and the pavement tips down toward the Winnipesaukee River, Lakes Region Property Services keeps its rounds. The work is landscaping, maintenance, site work and snow removal: mowing that leaves a clean line at the foot of the wall, spring and fall cleanups hauled off, mulch laid dark around new plantings, gravel spread and raked true, a stump ground down until the ground forgets it. Come the cold months the plow and the sander go out over Tilton driveways while the mill-town brick is still blue with early light, so the way out is open before the coffee cools. It is a plain, physical satisfaction — a yard that holds its shape through August, a drive that holds its footing in February, and a corner of the Lakes Region that looks tended in any weather.
