About White Birch Property Management

Chocorua's bare summit catches first light over Tamworth, and by the time it does the driveways below ought to be open. White Birch Property Management plows this valley all winter — homes and camps off the Route 113 roads, drives cleared to the door, steps and walks shoveled out. Sand and salt go on the steep pitches and the shaded runs near Chocorua Lake, where ice settles in and stays. Weather slides down off the Sandwich Range and can keep snowing here long after the flatlands have quit, so the work goes on past the last flake and comes back for the drifting. For a house that sits empty midweek, pulling up the drive and finding it clear is the whole service.
