About Keystone Property Services

East of the village the ground flattens into sand plain and pitch pine, and small planes drift low over the fields on their way into Dillant-Hopkins. Keystone Property Services keeps the grounds along that stretch of Swanzey trimmed and tidy — mowing on a schedule, edges cut sharp, beds kept clear of whatever blows in. Sandy soil dries fast out here, so cutting height and timing matter more than most people think. Spring and fall cleanups bookend the season, hauling out winter's litter in April and the leaf drop in November. What's left is a property that reads as cared for from the road, week after week.
