About Pleasant Acres LLC

Before the sun clears the ridge and the mist lifts off Lake Sunapee, there is already a machine working its way down a driveway off Route 11. Pleasant Acres LLC handles property maintenance and landscaping here across the whole turn of the year — mowing and mulching through the green months, gardening, pruning and planting, hardscapes built stone by stone into patios, fire pits and outdoor kitchens, drainage set right with drip stone and perimeter drains, plus light excavation, tractor work and york raking where the ground needs persuading. When winter takes the valley, the same care arrives in the dark: plowing, snow blowing, walkways and elevated decks shoveled clear, sand laid down for traction, loader work when the banks grow too tall to push. What gets left behind is the kind of thing you notice without naming it — a crisp edge along a bed, a drive swept down to gravel before the first cup of coffee, a yard that holds its season. Around Sunapee Harbor and the towns ringing the lake, that quiet order is its own reward.
