Nassar Landscaping & Irrigation

About Nassar Landscaping & Irrigation

The last pass of the mower closes the pattern, and the lawn lies down in clean bands that catch the low light coming off Canobie Lake — that is the part worth standing back for. Nassar Landscaping & Irrigation works the yards of Salem, New Hampshire, where granite ledge shoulders up under the topsoil and the Spicket River threads its slow way past the old depot streets toward the Massachusetts line. Summer here asks for steady mowing and trimmed borders; winter asks for something harder, and the plow answers it, opening a driveway down to pavement while the neighborhood is still dark and the storm is still deciding whether it is finished. There is a plain pleasure in both — the crisp edge in June, the clear black lane in January. Come thaw, the irrigation lines wake up and the whole round begins again.
