About Sutton Property Services

Roxbury is a town of more trees than neighbors, a quiet fold of hills east of Keene where Otter Brook slips between hemlocks on its way down toward the city. Out here a lawn is a hard-won clearing, a square of open light that the forest would happily take back after one wet summer left alone. Sutton Property Services keeps that clearing open, mowing and trimming so the grass stays low and even right up to the woodline. On a late June afternoon, with sun slanting through the maples and the scent of fresh clippings lifting off the yard, the open green feels like a deliberate act of hope. It is property care sized to a hill town: steady, unhurried and finished all the way to the edges.
