In late May, when the Cocheco runs high and brown past Rochester's brick mills and the hills toward Farmington go soft with new leaf, a raw lot can look like nothing at all — stumps, ruts, a slope aimed the wrong way. Integrity Site Services works that blank page: lot clearing and light excavation for drainage corrections, utility trenches and foundation perimeters, then rough and fine grading until the land tips its water away from the house instead of toward it. Screened topsoil and loam come in by the truckload, and hydroseed goes down in one green pass — seed, fertilizer, mulch and tackifier — with erosion blankets and compost filter socks holding the pitch through the first hard rain. The pleasure of it is in the returning: three weeks on, that same scraped ground wears a fine even haze of grass, and by the time August heat settles over Strafford County it is simply a lawn, as if it had always been there.
