About Simpson Site Services, LLC

A storm swinging up from the south announces itself in Auburn as a hard wind through the pines along Route 101. Simpson Site Services, LLC is out ahead of it, working drives and lots all night — pavement cleared, entrances broken open, ice treated where it always forms first, snow stacked well clear of the corners. When the melt comes, that same ground goes under mowers, cut and trimmed on a set schedule with the edges held straight. Cleanups bracket the warm months, one in April for the sand and thatch, one in November for the leaves. Rolling up at daylight to find bare pavement where a storm used to be never gets old.
