About Gray Fox Property Services LLC

A walkway set stone by stone in the sandy Ossipee soil, each piece seated until it stops rocking underfoot — that is the kind of finish this work is after. Gray Fox Property Services runs full-service excavation and landscaping for residential and commercial customers out of Center Ossipee: grading driveways and yards into the shape water actually wants, cutting in French drains, catch basins, perimeter drains and culverts, installing septic systems, pulling stumps, opening new house lots, and building patios, walkways, walls, fire pits, stone veneer and stairways. Lawns go in by seed, sod or hydroseed and then get kept — mowing and maintenance packages through the long green months, when the pine plains hum and the Ossipee range sits blue across the valley. In winter the trucks go out for residential and commercial plowing and sanding, so a dooryard is dark and gritted and open by the time the first gray light comes up over the Bearcamp.
