About Eastman Property Maintenance, LLC

High above the Connecticut River in Orford, the stately Federal houses of the Ridge look across the valley to Vermont, and after a snowfall they stand like a row of lanterns against the white. When a storm comes down the valley, Mount Cube disappears into the gray and the river road goes soft and muffled. Eastman Property Maintenance, LLC handles snow removal here, plowing driveways and clearing walks so the town can step out once the flakes stop falling. This far up the valley the cold settles in and stays for weeks. A drive opened at first light is the difference between a shut-in day and an ordinary one, and that is a difference worth making.
