About Woods Property Service

On Newmarket's eastern side the land slopes down to Great Bay, where the tide drains out across the mudflats and leaves the marsh smelling of salt and seaweed. Woods Property Service handles lawn care in a town where oaks and maples crowd close to the houses, so autumn arrives as a long, golden fall of leaves. October afternoons here are bright and brief. A property cleared of leaves, mowed one last time and trimmed back for winter feels like letting out a held breath. Then the bay goes slate gray, the geese pass over in long lines, and the lawn is ready to rest under the cold.
