Veteran's Mowing & Plowing

About Veteran's Mowing & Plowing

A well-kept property gives something back every day to the people who live on it — a place to set a chair at dusk, a walkway that doesn't argue with you in February, a small green order waiting at the end of a long drive home. Veteran's Mowing & Plowing keeps that bargain in Nashua, where the Merrimack slides past old brick mills and the yards step down toward the water in long, patient terraces. Summer here is mowing lines drawn straight across grass that came up fast after a river-valley rain, edges cut crisp along the sidewalk, clippings swept back off the pavement so a street reads as tended rather than merely finished. Winter is the blade out while the streetlights are still burning, a driveway opened wide and square before anyone has found their keys, banks pushed back far enough that the next storm has somewhere to go. It is plain, physical work, and it leaves a mark on a place you can see from the road.
