About Lawns of Southern NH Inc

Lawns of Southern NH Inc works the turf along the Souhegan, in the granite town where Elm Street bends toward the Oval and the river runs cold under the bridge. Theirs is the patient kind of work: a seven-step lawn care program walked out across the whole arc of the year, aeration and overseeding in the cool weeks, treatments held against disease and against the ticks and mosquitoes that drift up out of the wet woods. What it adds up to is a yard that plainly belongs to someone — dense underfoot, even all the way to its edges, green carried right up to the maples. When the weather turns the other direction, the same crew is out on southern New Hampshire driveways, pushing the snow back into the dark before anyone has poured a first cup of coffee.
