Northern Lights Landscape Contractors works out of Milford, New Hampshire, where the Souhegan slips past old brick mills and granite has always been the local grammar, building patios and walkways, paver driveways, seating and retaining walls, fire pits and outdoor fireplaces, pergolas and pavilions, outdoor kitchens, landscape lighting, stone veneer and masonry, with native plantings set in to soften the edges. On summer evenings the work reads as a lit terrace holding its warmth long after the valley goes blue; by January the same hands are on snow and ice management, opening commercial lots and drives while the hills above town are still dark.
