The Souhegan runs straight through the middle of Milford, loud in April down at Emerson Park and low and clear by August. New England Elements follows that year around: mowing, trimming, edging, mulch and seasonal cleanups while things grow, then plowing, walkway clearing and salting once the river builds its ice shelf and the banks stay white. Storms travel up the valley and pile against the hills south of town. Whichever season is running, the aim stays the same — a property that looks cared for and is easy to walk out of.
