The Souhegan makes a long slow turn through the middle of Milford, and the town's year turns with it — mowers along the river in July, plow lights on the same streets in January. Cassidy Tree and Landscape works both halves: weekly mowing, trimming and edging, cleanups at either end of the growing season, then plowing, shoveling and keeping walks passable once the cold locks in. Lawns near Emerson Park grow fast in a wet June; drives above the old quarry ledges hold ice into March. Milford is the center of the map, with Amherst, Wilton, Brookline, Hollis and Mont Vernon around it. Whatever the month, the measure stays the same — you should be able to walk out your door and not think about it.
