About GMP Landscaping and Construction inc

GMP Landscaping and Construction inc works the sandy pine ground of Merrimack, where the Souhegan slips into the Merrimack River and the land lies open and level before it lifts toward the hills. Their days go to setting fence — cedar board, vinyl in privacy and classic scallop, aluminum to pool code, chain link — and to building the things a yard leans on: decks and railings, retaining walls, paver patios, new lawns graded true. They plant trees, trim them, and take them down when the time comes for that. Winter turns the same crews out early to clear snow from drives while the valley is still blue and half-asleep, and by full light the pavement is dark and bare again. Across southern New Hampshire and into Massachusetts, what they leave behind is a plain and lasting pleasure: a straight run of posts, a patio that sits flat, a yard that finally makes sense of itself.
