About Backwoods Landscaping, LLC

Merrimack sits where the Souhegan slides into the Merrimack River, and the light there arrives filtered through white pine — thin and silver over frozen driveways in January, thick and gold by the time the grass is asking to be cut. Backwoods Landscaping, LLC keeps residential properties in that rhythm: landscaping projects through the green months, lawn aeration and over-seeding once September cools the soil enough for new grass to take, and snow plowing when the drives go white between the pines. The pleasure of it is physical and plain — a tired lawn opened up to breathe again, a driveway scraped down to bare pavement before the first headlights crawl toward the turnpike. What it buys the people who live there is an ordinary kind of freedom: a yard that holds its own season, and a weekend that belongs to them.
