About Breakthrough Property Services

Spring shows up along the Winnipesaukee River first. The trail beside it goes soft and dark, the banks green while the yards uphill are still brown and matted. Breakthrough Property Services starts its year there too, with cleanups that rake out the winter sand, clear the beds, and give the grass room to come back. Then comes the weekly rhythm of summer, mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and drives. In fall the leaves get cleared before they mat down and smother what took all season to grow. Laconia lawns get a short window, and the neighboring towns get the same care inside it.
